Roswell Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections related to Roswell, New Mexico. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any public office, court, or records custodian.

11. New Mexico Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The public-records route discussed for Roswell custodians is the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 §§14-2-1 through 14-2-12. That statute governs public-custodian records and does not require this private service to create or supply records.
